The Roof and Porch Repair Program (RPRP) provides grants up to $30,000 to owner-occupants of 1- to 4-unit residential buildings (condominiums do not qualify under this program). The program is limited to the repair and/or replacement of roof or porches for low-and moderate-income households. Applicants cannot earn more than 80% of the AMI (Average Median Income).
