GoFundMe Set Up For Funeral Of Man Murdered In Gang Crossfire

The police haven't released his name yet, but the man who was killed in gang crossfire last Friday is Robert Kraft. It is a tragedy that his life was ended so quickly and so needlessly. People who loved him have set up a fundraising effort to give him a funeral and burial. On a GoFundMe page entitled, "Bobby's Funeral," it says:
It is with a heavy heart, that I'm asking for donations to give my ex husband a proper burial. He does not have any relatives to speak of, and I feel that I owe this to him, and out of respect, as a person who genuinely cared about him. On Friday evening, August 26th, Bobby Kraft was murdered, caught in the crossfire, in Uptown Chicago. To think that he would become a statistic of Chicago's murder rate, is truly unthinkable and heart wrenching! So, if you can find it in your heart, please give, and we are humbled that you would do so. Thank you and God Bless.
You can make a donation here. At the time of this post, $1,770 of the $5000 goal has been reached.

Update: Crime in Wrigleyville and Boystown has more information in its post, Ex-Wife Vows To Give Uptown Victim A Proper Burial; "We're going to do this for you...I promise."
