The building permit posted in the window states that the two storefronts are in the process of an "interior build-out of existing ground floor space for new restaurant as per plans." The entrance to one of the storefronts has been removed as the two spaces have been combined.
Janessa from Forget Me Knodt had told us back in April that a locally owned restaurant would be taking over her storefront, but this is the first confirmation we have that things are happening to make it so.
