Where Am I Located?

It's been a while since we played this game. Can you identify where this is located?  Bonus points if you can tell where it came from.

Update:  Reader Jeffrey Wheatley got it right -- there are three of these located outside St. Augustine College on Argyle.  According to the college, they were the "column toppers" at Bridgeview Bank (once Uptown Bank, and before that Sheridan Trust) and were donated to the college a few years ago. We haven't looked, but apparently you can see the spaces where they once were if you look closely at the building at Lawrence and Broadway.  Kudos, Jeffrey!

    1. Bridgeview Bank recently underwent a three-year rehab of the exterior of the building. During the process, a lighter-weight, longer-lasting version of terra cotta was used to replicate parts of the building that had been damaged or fallen off. These "swirls" are really heavy. I imagine they were too heavy to be structurally stable, and so were donated to another long-time Uptown institution. http://www.uptownupdate.com/2011/03/bridgeview-bank-starts-three-year.html

  3. It looks like these were only there in 2014 and 2015. With how large and heavy these are, where could they have gone, and why?
