Construction Season In Full Swing

Two projects that were approved last year are going strong, with workers making progress every day.

At Lawrence and Clark, the long-empty lot on the northwest corner will be a 10-unit condo building with over 4,000sf of retail space at ground level.  You can see a brochure for the retail here, and see what the condos above it will look like here.

Meanwhile, at Sheridan and Carmen, work is coming along at the Safeguard Self-Storage building on the west side of the street.  You can see more details about the building here.

  1. The neighbourhood is going to get a lot more exciting when that building is done! And at least a storage business in the area isn't going to cause too many problems like noise pollution and that sort of thing.
