Sonic Uptown ran a notice on its Facebook page today saying,

"Because you're our Loyal Fans...we want you to be the first to know...

SONIC of Uptown will be opening up to the public at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 6th!!!

We have some fun things in store for our Grand Opening...so stay tuned for details!!!

We're SUPER EXCITED...are you?!?"

Update: Today's (4/24) message from Sonic---

"Hey there, Chi-Town!  Starting at 11 a.m. on the day of our Grand Opening...the first 200 people on our lot will receive a FREE Limited Edition Chicago Sonic T-Shirt!!! They're pretty sweet if you ask us...be sure to get there early to grab one!"
