Dearborn Wholesale Building For Lease

Know anyone looking for a large retail space for their business?

Long-time tenant Dearborn Wholesale is apparently leaving the location at 918 West Montrose, according to Mid-America Real Estate Group, which deals exclusively with retail spaces.

According to the flyer, which you can download here, the building is 12,500 sq. ft. and the adjoining parking lot holds up to 50 cars.

Interested parties can reach out to agents Paul Bryant (pbryant@midamericagrp.com) or Dan Tausk (dtausk@midamericagrp.com).

  1. They're moving out of the hood, Jason, because your attempt to vicariously steal my mojo with your "Irish-like Pirate" schtick offended them.

Either that or the fact that they were bought out at the end of 2012 and are consolidating operations may have something to do with it.

I suggest you utilize "the google" as search for answers to the questions that perplex you.

  3. The flyer also shows a Fresh Thyme on the Maryville site, which is consistent with this story:
