Uptown Pup Appearing On Fox News Tonight

It's a hard story to forget:  Last December 1st, an eight-month-old puppy was shot by a police officer in Buena Park.

The bull terrier puppy, Colonel Phillips, survived after major surgery.  According to a Thanksgiving message on his Facebook page(!!), "Colonel Phillips has SO much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. It has been almost 1 year since the near fatal shooting of the Colonel, and thanks to the love and support of SO many people; the Colonel is doing so well!"

Now the Colonel has announced he will be appearing on Fox News tonight (we assume Fox News Chicago, not the national cable channel) for an update.  "The Colonel will be on Fox News tonight at 9! Don't miss him for all of you who have been supportive and expressed love for the Colonel over this past year, we cannot tell you how much we appreciate it! It's amazing to know how loved he still is."

Update:  Here's the story, with the video embedded below.
