Land Surveyors perform various checks, among them ensuring land boundaries, documenting what might be under the earth, and making sure the legal description matches the actual property. The presence of a surveyor probably shows that Thorek, the new owner of Nick's, isn't wasting any time assessing its latest property acquisition.

No doubt Thorek is also monitoring news about them on this site and gearing itself up for action.... they can't seem to deliver quality healthcare (at least from the reviews I've read), like a hospital would seem to be purposed to do, but they can buy buildings, survey them and tear them down in the blink of an eye.
