Seems like some aspects of the filming of Transformers 4 will be with us for a couple weeks. Ald. Osterman sent out the parking notice for residents around the Uptown and Green Mill. There are some full closures tomorrow, Wednesday and Thursday, but also some parking restrictions around the area through Tuesday, September 3rd.
