Canasta To Rock Argyle Night Market

Local rock band Canasta has played near (Taste of Chicago and Windy City Ribfest) and they've played far -- the Far East, to be exact (a tour of Mongolia).

Now they're playing the best of both worlds:  at the Argyle Night Market, tonight.  They'll be doing two sets, at 5:30 and 6:30.  Catch 'em if you can!

The rest of the market will be in full swing between 4pm and 8pm on Argyle between Kenmore and Sheridan.  Past weeks have included vendors like Sun Wah BBQ, Cafe Vienna, Tank Noodle, Tai Nam Market, Uptown Brownie, Phoenix Bean, Inspiration Kitchens, Hai Yen Restaurant, Hoa Lan Hair Salon, Ba Le Sandwich et Cafe, Farmer Nick’s, Beijo de Chocolat, Karl’s Craft Soup, Not Just Cookies, Dotson’s Farms, Fehr Brother’s Farms, La Patisserie P, Mother Butter’s Popcorn, and Empanadas Argentinas.
