An L of an Improvement, In Pictures

Behold Argyle!
When shiny new rehab projects happen, people tend to forget what "the before pictures" looked like.  Next time you return a book at the Bezazian Library, remember to take a look at a new photo exhibit there showing how the Argyle and Berwyn stops looked earlier in 2012, and how they became the much better versions of themselves.  The Library is open Monday through Saturday, and of course the exhibit is free.

William Moore: Uptown CTA in Transition, 2012 Through March 2, 2013
This exhibit presents photographic documentation of the Berwyn and Argyle CTA Red Line stations before and during their recent improvement projects. Photographer William Moore, a Chicago artist and urban explorer, captures interior and exterior scenes of Chicago’s Northside transit locations as impacted by recent construction and renovation.
