It's Like Blowing Plastic In The Wind

Has an artist like "Christo," who famously wraps buildings in plastic started an exhibit in Uptown near Sheridan and Wilson? We aren't sure, but we are sure of one thing, it looks awful. Call 311 folks.

    Or reach up and pick up some of the plastic yourself. Residents and condo associations can also take some responsibility.

    Condo owners and condo associations have the common decency to put trash in the garbage where it belongs.
