A reader writes in:
"As if 36 loads of wood chips dumped on top of the sewers didn't jam them enough, the Park District contractors decided to pile on 6 additional loads of fine black dirt. But the bike path is looking good. Now who is going to pay to clean up this mess given that the Park District claims it has no sewer maintenance equipment?"
