I would never have guessed the rehab would ever look as nice as it's turned out.
When they first peeled back some of the metal cladding, I assumed we'd see a half-assed effort and a nicer, but still somewhat shabby, finished product.
This really turned out spectacular. Kudos to the developer.

It really is looking great! Now if more progress could happen on the Uptown Broadway Building.
It's all coming together.. slowly, but surely. We have another 3+ years of slow moving, but I believe we're on a 1 way track. We're on the up!
