I LOVE that building. Can we buy it and turn it into artist studios? Wouldn't that be a great use of space along that stretch of the El and Broadway? Maybe even some artist housing!!!
Ok, we tried to stump you. It is a beautiful building. What is this building currently housing? Anyone know?
