    That's not even a challenge.

    Old CTA building on Montrose. East of Clifton and West of Kenmore. North side of street.

    I LOVE that building. Can we buy it and turn it into artist studios? Wouldn't that be a great use of space along that stretch of the El and Broadway? Maybe even some artist housing!!!
